I think I'm losing my mind again...I swear. I've had like 5 calls today starting with "remember when I called you this morning about......" No...No, I don't remember. I really don't...and I think you're crazy. But, they insist...and, since there were several, I assume it is me that is indeed crazy. So, see the below illustration for what I think is happening....
