Italian Heritage Festival (11:30 AM Update)

The music has begun and the streets are starting to fill up. I see a lot of fake gold necklaces being worn around by hairy chested men so it is becoming obvious that the Italian Heritage Festival is underway. Looks like a lot of good food so I'm heading down now so I don't have to fight too many people.
