Italian Festival in Clarksburg (10:00 AM Update)
Well, had to fight to even get to my office this morning...the vendors have completely covered the sidewalks with junk. The street is closed but, even so, I like to walk on the sidewalk. They set up the beer tent right outside our office door...think that's a sign? The festival doesn't begin until noon so I haven't heard the music yet...but people are beginning to congregate.
