College Football - Monday

Just some observations:
  • Miami needs a field goal kicker.
  • Miami and Florida State played as sloppy of football as West Virginia and Syracuse. Here's how it will be portrayed:
  • Miami and Florida State were breaking in some new players and, while they might have struggled in this opener, they will be very successful this year. But it turned out to be a competitive game and shows how competitive the ACC will be this year. Turnovers were caused by some tough defense.
  • West Virginia and Syracuse showed why the Big East will struggle this year. Neither team could hold onto the ball and struggled throughout the game. It's definitely going to be a long year for the Big East as Louisville dominates the conference.
  • The Miami/Florida State game on Monday was the most boring Miami/Florida State game I can ever remember. It lasted like 4 hours.
  • Did anyone else think Bowden was going to punch the reporter at the beginning of the game?
  • If that's the best Miami and Florida State have to offer, Virginia Tech might win the ACC again. How disgusting.
  • I really really dislike Marcus Vick. He and Michael both make my top 10 list of disliked athletes. I'm not sure why...but I'd just like to kick them both.
  • West Virginia currently leads the Big East conference.
