Tensions are High

Tensions are running a bit high here as we start Week One of having the integrators on-site. Last night we switched out most of our switches here in the mothership. And they are also working on our Active Directory build-out. There's a bit of stress circulating around...a few conflicts of interest and a lot of stepping on toes. Should be interesting the rest of the week....it's probably too late to just call this whole thing off. Picture this weekend probably...

In other news, how about that NBA ref getting busted for betting on games? How huge is that? Seriously. That casts a shadow over all sports, not just the NBA. What's the potential that this has been going on for years and years and involves more than just one NBA referee?

Another question is this: would the NBA ever have come forward if the feds weren't involved? Would the NBA just have expelled the corrupt official or would they have made the scandal public knowledge? Has this happened in the past?

Should be very interesting to see how this plays out and how other sports respond. Could be scary though...for a lot of people.
